Back in Feb 1987 I saw a VMS-like HELP program for MS/PC-DOS 
(version (1.1 [15]) in the comp.binaries.ibm.pc, and kept a 
copy. I have been working with it since then. I am trying to 
locate the author of the above HELP program, but USENET mail 
and telephone calls have not located him. 

The files with the program identified the author as:
	Robert P. Scott
	DTS Engineering & Consulting
	29 Heritage Circle
	Hudson, NH  03051-3427
	(603)886-1383

Any help in locating Mr. Scott would be appreciated.
