Part of this I expect to get from the vendor documentation once I get my hands on it; what's more important to me is to get an assessment of real-world problems and how much hardware needs to be thrown at them. Systems of interest, roughly in order of appearance, are Sun 3, Dec 3100, Sun 4, Apollo, and (possibly) NeXT. For each of these it would be useful to know what o.s. releases are supported, what the suggested minimum configuration (real memory, swap space, disk allotment) is, and where added resources are best used.
