I am looking for a 56Kb modem that will work with a packet switched
network. Should include DSU/CSU in one box, Support 56Kb speeds, work
with a packet switched network and support RS449 on the computer
interface side.

	Anyone know of a vendor with such a beast? I can find many 
56kb v.35 csu/dsu, but no rs449. I dont want to add a level shifter(v.35/449)
so that route is out...
