	Just having gone through this, I have the information you
seek. Unfortunately, the Icon Project currently doesn't have an Amiga,
so getting the files onto their ftp machine is rather difficult at
present.  The only way to get it currently is to spend the $15 and
order it.  (I got a response last week from Dr. Griswold to this
effect, whereupon I immediately called the phone number listed and
ordered the disk.  It hasn't arrived yet, but this doesn't surprise
me, since it's been less than a week)
