I'm looking for a pascal to C translator that will work with 
Microsoft pascal.  I've tried the Glockenspiel turbo pascal to C
translator, but I don't want to have to convert my code to turbo
pascal just so I can convert it to C.  Does anyone have any ideas?

I understand that a translator named ptc.c (or ptc.pas) was mentioned
on usenet last year.  Is there a way to try to find it now?  Thanks.
