   Does anyone out there know of a speech synthsizer program that can be
integrated into a Turbo Pascal program. We are running a 12Mhz AT compatible
and I tried the TSPEECH program from the SIMTEL20 <MSDOS.TURBOPAS> archives
but couldn't get any sound out. Does this package work and did I just mess
up my 'ftp' and downloading? Would appreciate any pointers...
