It would be more useful if Glenn Reid (or somebody else at Adobe) posted a good, direct, toll-charged telephone number for voice of fax. Also, please note that people beyond this continent have to put something before the area code other than a "1". For those of us with limited telephone budgets, the most useful information of all is a paper mail or electronic mail address.
