A list of attendees was distributed at the recent SIGPLAN '89 conference
at Portland, Oregon.  To be included on that list, it was necessary for one
to check a box on the registration form  allowing ACM to use your name on
mailing lists (for future conferences and for solicitations.)
Unfortunately, there was no time to correct errata there.
