But others don't, and they keep asking me, their systems support staff. I hate this. I am not supposed to be a Unix hotline. Can anyone point me to a document which explains most email sending techniques? I can then print some copies and hand it out. I won't answer any more questions unless the user has read the document thoroughly. Thank you.
