It seems that with the release of 4.2 software generation
utilities, a lot of source will no longer compile. Such
is the story for Smail. When attempting to compile Smail,
I get the following results:

	cc -O -c 
	cc -O -c 
	cc -O -c 
	cc -O -c deliver.c
./defs.h: 318: Can't find include file sysexits.h
*** Error code 1



Here is the section that it is refering to:

The system that I am trying to load it on is a AT&T 3B2/310 with:
Advanced C Utilities: Issue 4 Version 1
C Programming Language: Issue 4 Version 2
Extended Software Generation Utilities: Issue 4 Version 1
Software Generation Utilities: Issue 4 Version 2 
System Header Files: Release 3.2

Is there a patch for Smail that I have missed, or are we opening
up a new can of worms?
