 Hello Net-Land,
 
 I would like to know about any efforts to make the V environment 
 more "standard."  Specifically, I am looking for utilities that 
 have been ported over from Unix.  I have recently ported "stevie,"
 a public-domain vi "clone," and will make this available to 
 anyone interested.

 The project I am currently working on will involve porting the X 
 server to suns running V.  I would like to know if someone has 
 already made this effort.
 
 Finally, I would like to find more references on V programming other
 than the kernel and "V System 6.0 Reference Manual."
