These seem to be good buys as the Apple 12" monochrome goes for $619, while the Samsung monitor is $695, not much money for a big difference in screen size. The sales rep for the samsung monitor claims that they are the same monitors that Apple uses. Any other suggestions for cheap monochrome monitors are welcome. Andrew
