Due to problems encountered with the internet worm earlier in the
year, the anonymous ftp to tis.llnl.gov had been turned off.   A
new version of the ftp daemon has now been installed and the 
anonymous ftp login reactivated.  If you had tried to access either 
the IFIP-GTWY or MHSNEWS archives during this time, you might want 
to try again.  The archives can be found in the files:

	mhs/ifip-gtwy		[ IFIP-GTWY list ]
	mhs/mhsnews		[ MHSNEWS list ]

If anyone should encounter any further problems, please let me know.
