There is a single reason for having an "atlas.fr" subdomain in the
French internet: being able to address simply those users whose mailbox
is managed by ATLAS. This domain is not generally available to users
outside France, as we are not allowed to *relay* towards it; it can
simply be *accessed* by those French site which do have an ATLAS subscription.
