Torben,

The NTP clocks in Norway show a most peaceful Atlantic crossing, with
stable delays, small dispersions and negligible loss most times. I 
believe those circuits depart via JvNC too, but I can't recall just now
how UCL is connected at the UK end. There is a Dod/MoD (?) line to
RSRE in Malvern and a tail to UCL, but I don't know what magic happens
at the UCL termination blocks.
