Yesterday Jay Elinsky (IBM Yorktown) rang me up after a user here had
mentioned to him that I was chasing what appears to be an ip reassembly
bug in either AIX 2.2.1 or in the VM ip implementation...  Jay is not
the contact for the initial query, but for technical queries which are
sent to this list, I think that he's a good person to ask.
