	A new release of PC/IP is now available in pub/pcip/pcip.tar.Z
on husc6.harvard.edu (128.103.1.56).  Included are minor bug fixes
and a multi-connection tcp (srclib/ntcp).  While the new tcp compiles
and runs, it is out of date with respect to the many changes made
to the single-connection tcp, i.e., only the minimal changes required
to fit into the current system were made.  The usefullness of the new
tcp is, therefore, questionable...
