Running a at&t 3b1 w/ 3.0 unix.

Everytime an orc throws a dagger, or a hill orc throws a rock, I
get some garbage characters on the screen.  ^R fixes it, but
gets tiring after awhile.... I didn't have any sort of graphics bugs with
nh2.3e, if that matters.
