Here's yet another Awk question.  Does anyone know of an Awk
formatter, or Awk beautifier, along the lines of indent and cb?

With the exception of the patterns, the function keyword, and 
the optional nature of the semi-colon, the C formatting rules 
should apply across the board to Awk programs.
