Here we go again.  No sources from yours truly, but programs doing
just that.  They can be downloaded with anonymous ftp from the
University of Vaasa, Finland, site 128.214.12.3.  Look for packages
/pc/ts/tsutil27.arc and /pc/ts/tsutlc15.arc.  And, if you want
calendar sources, there are some excellent ones in Dr.Dobb's
Journal, June 1989, page 148.
