by UC Berkeley.  I know I can order a tape from them, but with the
institutional "red tape" to get a check out rather than a purchase order,
it will take months to get the tape.  Is there any place on the internet
where SPICE sources can be obtained by anonymous ftp?  If so, I would
much appreciate being informed of the address.
