  HAH!!!  *I* got part 2, as well as parts 21 through 38!!!!  Now, if I
could just parts 1 and 3-19.  Personally I will be happy to send part two
to anyone that is missing part two.  I think I will wait for a while to
see if the parts I am missing show up.

Very interesting propagation pattern here.  Does it tell us anything?  (Not me).
