Hi,
	I am trying to get information on where I can obtain the most recent
draft of the C language as defined by ANSI.  I am also interested in finding
who the local chairperson is in the Bay Area or Silicon Valley.  If anyone
can supply that information to me that would be great.  Thanks!!
