I am using this software on a Sun-3 and love it. I recommend AZcomm on the Amiga end. I typically get effective transfer rates of 2200-2300 baud (may be I should quote characters per second so as not to offend anyone :-) ) with this setup. One word of caution, some terminal servers might filter some of the protocol. I can receive zmodem but not send it when I go through one of the university ports, but transfers work in both directions when I use a direct dial-up. Also... the software also supports xmodem and ymodem with many options (1K block transfer, CRC with xmodem)
