Message-ID: <6772@kuhub.cc.ukans.edu> Date: 27 Jul 89 17:14:31 GMT Organization: University of Kansas Academic Computing Services Lines: 9 We are contemplating adding massive amounts of disk storage to be used for our Apollos. How well do disk servers from various companies do (using NFS)? Comments on Apollo disk servers are also welcome! Can one specify an NFS mounted directory as the "home" of an Apollo user in the registry? A second question: Can one easily attach files from an Aegis (Apollo Unix) floppy disk into his directory path (such as with a mount command)? Thank you!
