Is not; won't be online.  Your best bet probably is to take a copy of
Apple's Press Release to the 'bozos' and tell them to produce System Disk
5.  I suspect you can probably talk one of our friends from Apple into
an Applelink address where you can send a specific complaint about exactly
which former aluminum siding salespeople aren't keeping up with the
requirements of their franchise agreement.
