It's described in the RAMworks manual, in the section on the DOS 3.3 disk
driver.  When you re-boot your system, press one of the Apple-keys (I believe
it's Open-Apple, but I'm not 100% sure & don't have my manual handy) when
the RAMdisk driver is being installed; that should prevent it from wiping
out all existing files on the RAM disk.
