.... I am interested in using my Atari for receiving Morse Code and RTTY
broadcasts. Is anybody out there doing this with an Atari? What kind of
equipment do I need, outside of the Atari + disk + serial port e.t.c.
What kind of radio, software, and radio modem (is that the TNC?) do I
need, where do I buy this stuff (recommendations?), and how expensive
is this stuff - keep in mind that I just want to play around with the
stuff and I have no license so I don't (won't) be transmitting just
receiving.
   
   Lastly, what about packet radio? How does it differ from RTTY and can I
use the same or similar equipment to receive these signals too?
