Along with some really nice improvements, they (Microsoft) have uncovered a "deficiency" in the HP-HIL mouse driver (MOUSE.SYS, version A.06.02). If the mouse is moving when Word updates the screen (or any part of the screen) portions of the screen are corrupted. According to Microsoft, "HP is revising the mouse driver." Is this true? Is it done? How can I get it? Thanks, Dex Smith Hewlett-Packard Company Corvallis Information Systems dex@cv.hp.com
