Avoiding ctrl-c and ctrl-break 

Can anyone help me !!

I am working on a menu-system in MS-DOS 3.30, which is made by using
primarily batch-programs and a few assembly-routines.

Now I need two assembly-programs. One program to avoid terminating any
of my batch-programs using ctrl-c or ctrl-break, the other to allowe
terminating these again.
