Their main claim is network support -- they are going after the big business market, and have shot up their prices (list is up >50%) to match. For the common user, they have added an HP-11C scientific calculator, VT52 VT100 and ANSI terminal emulation to Desktop, and have smoothed the operation of pcshell.
