I downloaded it from their BBS for free (it's even a local call from here).  It
is worth the $20.00.  Their main claim is network support -- they are going
after the big business market, and have shot up their prices (list is up >50%)
to match.  For the common user, they have added an HP-11C scientific calculator,
VT52 VT100 and ANSI terminal emulation to Desktop, and have smoothed the 
operation of pcshell.  Also application launching works now (it didn't used to
for me).

Even at the new price, PC-Tools is a must-have bargain.
