Hi everyone,

Good news for anyone who wants to upgrade from 5.0 or 5.1 to 5.5!
It costs $20 if you want them to send you disks and docs.  If you
want to get the software yourself (from Central Point's BBS)  it
is *free*!  That's right, free!  I did it myself this Sunday.
Call the CPS BBS at 503-690-6650.  I came in at 2400.  I assume
other speeds (1200, at least) would work, too.  N-8-1.  The whole
deal is about 974K, as I recall.  Several protocols available,
including ZMODEM, which I used (~1:15 at 2400, over PCPursuit).
It is Pursuitable out of D/ORPOR (Portland, Oregon).

P.S.  It won't do you any good unless you already have PCTools,
so don't bother trying any monkey business!  (But they do have general
info on their products, company, etc, online, so it may be of
interest to non-PCTool-niks.)  Also, they offer technical support
and technical data online.
