Lines: 15 The V20 typically gives only around a 5-10% increase in performance. But in some applications it does a lot better. Considering that a 10 MHz V20 might set you back all of $10-15, I'd say it's worth it. There are programs that use the V20's 8080 mode to run CP/M, and other programs use the other "extra" instructions that it has.
