I am developing a PC-based package in Microsoft FORTRAN (I'm forced to
use this...).  To make it user-friendly, it must have pull-down menus,
ability to recognize what graphics card is being used, and the ability
to use a mouse, if one is present.

Is there a product in the form of a linkable library that will give me
the above?
