Epsilon is one of the best PC implimentations of EMACS, which is the Best Editor (note I didn't say word processor, although many use it as a word processor). simtel20.army.mil has some stuff in pd1: , but I myself am looking for any EEL code I can find. Epsilon has 2 drawbacks, #1 EEL is C-like; it should be Lisp-like #2 Epsilon is payware; prices from $150-$195 Someday I'll have a 386, then we'll see if we can get GNU emacs running.
