I just came into possession of an old DecWriter II.  It works fine in local
mode but I haven't been able to figure out how to use it as a line printer.

I want to be able to hook it up to a PC as a wide carriage line printer.  Also
if anyone has a manual they can send me a copy of, it would be most appreciated
