Dyer Computer Consulting, Cambridge MA Lines: 11 One thing that wasn't clear from people's comments is that AIX PS/2, a Locus kernel with Sys V.2 stuff grafted in, is pretty much a different animal than AIX RT. It also has a fair number of features that aren't shared by AIX RT; right off the top of my head, I'd enumerate job control and >14 character file names on the native file system.
