I print to a DeskWriter all the time from MPW 3.0 (Mac II, 8 meg) with
no problems.  Have you tried calling our help line (208-323-2551)?
They may not be of much help but it helps us to have a record of
what software in what configurations have been seeing "funnys".
The DeskWriter software was only tested on more recent releases of the
Mac operating system.  I don't believe you mentioned which OS
version you were using.
