White Pine Software of Amherst NH has a package called eXodus which runs right now (I have a copy). It uses TCPort from Kinetics or MacTCP from Apple (although I am not sure if the MacTCP version is shipping yet). It also works over DECNET from Technology Concepts or Alisa Systems (Community-Mac and TSSnet respectively).
