Actually, according to Symantech's rep at Boston Computer
Society's meeting a few weeks ago, LSC 4.0 is due out later
this fall.  The bad news is it will only support partial 
implementation of C++.  We'll have to wait for LSC 5.0
for full C++ implementation I guess.
