I am writing a program that will need to run some code on the interrupts.
I plan to use the Vertical Retrace Manager to do this, but can't figure out
how to install my routine into the Vertical Retrace Queue.  I am using LSC
3.02 and have read pertinent sections of IM2 and IMV.  By the look of the
declarations, something seems to be missing.
