We are running the automounter with the -home auto.home options.
Occasionally, I notice that the size of this directory varies on the ls -l
command. This does not seem to always happen and I was wonder if someone
could explain this to me:

dr-xr-xr-x  1 root     436207616 Jun 22 12:23 home
dr-xr-xr-x  1 root          512 Jun 14 05:54 home

The above is output from 2 different systems.
