I have just started using a BETA release of Sun's XNeWS and I have a few
questions. I don't have any documentation yet.

I want to setup my default environment: startup programs and
root(background) color.

I have tried to get a couple of programs started from ~/startup.ps with no
luck, also I would like to change PaintRoot so that my background is
black.
