We received our update today (7-26).  Our sales rep gave us the bad TK-50 media
story and tracked down our ship date.  The rep said the update shipped during 
the last week of June (forget the exact date) so it took a *month* to reach
us.  Our rep was going to put in an exception ship order to get the update
reshipped to us and said that would take a week or so.

I suspect the rep went the extra mile because we are looking at buying another
system and of course, they want us to buy theirs.  Funny how responsive reps
are during machine pick time.
