In addition, I'd also like to know if anyone has written a Windows
Ethernet device driver that conforms to the FTP Packet Driver Spec.  
I'll be working in Windows/286 rev 2.11 or 3.0 and possible in
Windows/386.  Are there any technical issues that would make this 
difficult to do?  (Such as Windows memory (mis)management :-)

Any pointers are appreciated.
