Does anyone out there have InterViews compiled and running on a Sun 4 (280)?

If so, I'd like to get an ftp'ed copy if you're willing, as I don't have the
AT&T C++ front end needed to compile things.

Alternately, has anyone ever gotten InterViews compiled with GNU G++/GCC?
