A while ago, I saw a reference to something called the ICCCM (the Inter-Client
Calling Conventions Manual, I think), but cannot find the article.  I think
that the reference referred to a review period.

Assuming that my memory is correct, I would appreciate any pointers to where
I might be able to get a copy.  I am not useful for reviewing such a document,
but am currently designing a client and would like to follow any reasonable
and accepted conventions.  I would also be interested to know the status of
this document.
