I remember it from East Campus around 1963, and it was of unknown age and origin then. (Interesting to see it commented as being from Baker House. In the early 60's, people who did that sort of thing didn't live in Baker House, but at the other end of the Campus.) Of course, it wasn't computerised, just printed on paper. That had the advantage that you could carry it around as a checklist. "Got a weekend to kill, what haven't we done yet?" :-)
