There appears to be a problem in the make "install" for the v1.35.1 libg++,
when installing the .h files from libg++/g++-include/sys, it carefully rm's
the file from the installation lib/g++-include (no /sys) and then cp's the
files to lib/g++-include (again, no /sys)

I presume that this was not what was intended...?
