It happens mostly with our Postscript printers, but also with our LaserJet Plus. I thought maybe it was the operating system, SunOS 3.4, but we just upgraded to version 4.0.3 and the problem recurs. The short term solution is to abort the daemon and restart it, but it happens too frequently, especially since I am the one who has to do it for a user community of 100 users. Is there something I should look into? Or does a late version of transcript fix this as a known bug?
